Invoices

The Business will invoice the Client upon receipt of this contract and at the completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise specified in the Payment Schedule. The Client agrees to pay the invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified.

Credit Card Charge

A service fee will be charged for processing with clients paying with credit card.

Payment Schedule:

50% at the start of the job/contract
Remaining balance at the end of the job
Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of the Project. Late payments will incur a fee of 5% per month. Unpaid invoices will be subject to a recurring monthly charge of 5%.

Payment methods

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business and the Client.

Licensing

The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

Authority to sign

Each party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under

this Contract.

Termination of contract

The Contract ends on job end date and all assets have been delivered unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Warranty

No refunds will be provided for the work completed or services performed under this contract. Services or work completed are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship until end of image rights.

Client will review work

The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to the Business if the Business has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.

Studio Services & Fees

Package pricing listed are starting rates, pricing will vary based on budget, shoot days, image rights, and final deliverables. When booking with bbStudioNYC, all packages include agent fees, admin and site fees. These admin and site fees are included with a bbStudioNYC membership.
